Reccomended for professional customers who want to fragrance their own products. Cosmetic grade fragrances that are International FRagrance Association (IFRA) certified with safe usage limits for use in products. Compliant with CLP REACH regulations. Ideally suited for use in making perfumes as they’re soluble in alcohol. Not recommended for most applications with out the addition of a base or emulsifier.
